I’ve decided to settle on a final idea, at last. After much development, I think this idea works best in order to solve the problem of safety. The idea is that it will educate children at a young age on the proper etiquette when using online and digital tools, such as gaming consoles and tablets.

In this age, children are born with technology all around them. It’s important now more than ever that they are properly educated on the proper ways to use it, particularly online, where risks and harm are just a click away.

Further steps from now:

• Write up another survey based around awareness of equality and children’s preferences for learning, and whether they prefer gamification, quizzes, tournaments, AR/VR, etc.
• Create user scenarios and user flows
• Research a specific target audience
• Find the biggest pain points for online safety and focus on preventing it
• Move onto user surveys for 13-18 year olds, or parents and teachers
• Focus on bullying as well, as many teens feel bullied or do bullying online
