I created a couple user journey maps in order to flesh out the user flows of the app.

For this example, I used to idea of completing an educational course on digital footprints. I thought about what touch-points the user would go through, what feelings they might have, the activities they would complete during these moments and their goals at each point in time.

I also created a couple of user flows, in order to gain a clear path that the user might take when completing tasks on the app. I wanted to consider both the student side and the parent side of the app.
